39. Reflecting On 10 Years as a Parent

After having a few months away from the podcast, I'm excited to be back with all new episodes. This week, as I celebrate my eldest son's 10th birthday, I reflect back on the last decade as a parent. You'll also be treated with my husband, Lukas' reflections on being a parent including his challenges and triumphs.
I share and discuss:
- the beginnings of my parenting journey
- how Aware Parenting influenced me personally and professionally
- stresses and traumas
- a brief recount on my first birth
- what I've learnt, the challenges I've moved through and the joys I've experienced
- moving from expectations to acceptance
- plus so much more
